Thank you, I’m Bannor Fremah Mavis, my dad is a pastor in the Apostles Continuation Church Int. I’m currently in Ashanti Bekwai but stays in Accra, La. Am a student of Saint Johns; in my third (3) year.
2: What’s the story behind your Voice/Personality?
Okay. I discovered my talent in class 2. So, I began singing in church. And also coming from a Christian home, it wasn’t anything difficult. 😊
3: What Inspires You?
Thank you. My dad inspires me. Choosing the work of God isn’t an easy task. Problems, hard times and so on but he forces to get there one day. So, I look up to my hero (Daddy).
4: When did you join Tiktok? And also, how is it pushing your awesome Talent?
Okay, I joined TikTok early April, and God being so good it’s going on well. I’ve been in contact with some celebrities in the Gospel industry and that’s awesome. 👏
5: How did one of the Popular Tiktoker/Actress Asantewaa, discover your page, liked and even followed you? And how was the feeling?
Okay. When I started this journey, it wasn’t easy. And one thing I’ve realized is that everyone needs that one person to get there. I posted a video and went to bed, woke up the next morning to see my likes and as I scrolled down and behold, I noticed a verified account has liked my video. That feeling I can’t explain. I was so excited. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I went to her page, and she has followed me for a follow back and even did a duet to some of my videos. she is the best. ❤️🙌
6: Have you had other gospel Artists or Media platforms reaching out to you lately?
Okay so I’ve been to Wontumi Fm 📻 and also met with the gospel artist too but wouldn’t like to mention names. And my school is now an obstacle for everything, hoping I complete soon.
7: Do you already have written songs of your own waiting on the pipeline to be released after School?
Actually no. I don’t have any but on it.

1: Hello, Mr. Adabah, kindly take us through your journey as an Entrepreneur.
Thank you Brother Samuel for the opportunity and I am grateful to all and sundry especially to all members of SpreadAid International out there who have been supportive throughout these years.
I will describe my activities as a social entrepreneur and a self-employed person. Social entrepreneur in the sense that I am committed to finding approaches that seek to develop, fund, and implement solutions to social, cultural and environmental issues especially in the area of education and youth development.
As you are already aware through our previous interviews, this drive of providing solutions led to the establishment of SpreadAid International.
As a self-employed person, I create avenues of business opportunities that could translate monetarily to take care of what I do on daily basis and also to help achieve set short, medium and long term goals.
The journey as a social entrepreneur and a self-employed person was all motivated by the strong desire to help people and to be part of solution providers.
Circumstances of life have presented a situation that each day, every individual is forced to think or focus on him/herself without extending help to others. These same situations have also made it possible for people to move from just thinking about themselves to start thinking about what they could do to help others, build them up and also send them out to be helpers of others. In that case, gradually creating helpers all over the world. With time, this whole unwritten agendum has found its way grounded and documented in SpreadAid International’s Eagle’s Eye ( a document which continues the vision, mission statements, achievements and future outlined plans of the organization). The categorization has been specified as

These are the pillars we have build so far to grow and bring into fruition our passion of building helpers all over the world.
2: What is Spreadaid International all about?
SpreadAid International (SAI) is a registered service-oriented Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting and improving the plight of the less privileged in the society and helping the youth to hone their talents and skills for their own and national development. SAI primarily focuses on and embarks on projects aimed at promoting education and youth development with the goal of “Putting Back Smiles on Faces”. The idea behind the inception of the organization was birthed back in March 2011 when a group of high school students from different schools under unexpected circumstances came together to share past examination questions among themselves to facilitate transfer of knowledge. SpreadAid International as it is known today metamorphosed from the original name, GreenAid (Fresh Help) and from simply being a study group to a registered NGO today committed to advocating for and supporting the cause of the less privileged in society.
3: What was the mission from the onset?
Since the inception of this organization, the mission of SAI has been about championing the cause of deprived persons, unearthing the talents of the youth and helping groom them for better life prospects and basically, helping others grow. All in all, SAI seeks to:
•Advocate for and support the less privileged in society.
•Unearth and build talents in the youth.
•Promote excellence in education.
•Undertake volunteer programs.
4: Kindly throw more light on the Adopt-a-School project.
The second phase of SAI in her mandate to help alleviate the suffering of the less privileged in society and build up the youth for self and national development materializes from February 1, 2020 to November 30, 2025. During this five-year period which marks a renewed beginning and similarly, continuation of the phase one of the organizations, key and impactful projects would come to fruition. This is in line with the core vision and mission of all Spreaders to contribute to human and community development and to impact as many lives as possible.
FOCUS OF PHASE TWO
The focus of this second chapter of the organization will be directed towards the promotion and support of education particularly, at the basic level (lower and upper primary) and Junior High School. There are many a school especially in rural communities all the country over who are deprived supportive mechanisms ranging from utilities, teaching and learning materials, and uniforms among others needed to ameliorate educational challenges and make the school an attractive place to be. SAI is committed to alleviating such constraints.
The provisions in this second phase like previous projects are further aimed at helping achieve the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 which is about quality education. The goal is to ensure all-encompassing and equitable quality education as well as advance lasting learning prospects or opportunities for all. SAI, since its inception has touched several lives and contributed to this goal and its phase two would continue to do same and more.
LOCATION
The Nyitawuta D/A Primary School situated in the Akatsi North District in the Volta region will be the center of SpreadAid’s intervention within the five-year span. This school, located in a typically rural area, to an unsurprisingly great magnitude is constrained financially, geographically and socially. This is problematic as their persisting conditions become disincentives for the students to cultivate the passion for school and education.
Children run the risk of being truant or at worst, dropping out of school to for instance, help their parents on the farm all in the absence of needed support, facilities and effective learning environments.
AGENDA
The plan here is to mitigate the challenges that impede the education of the students and help them imbibe the reading culture, that is, encourage them and ensure that they adopt self-reading and self-learning for their development.
The foundation of children is a determining factor in how and what they grow up to be. Promoting the reading culture especially at the primary level through the provision of the needed resources, facilities and conducive atmosphere would accordingly create well rounded students who read not just because they have to but because they want to. SpreadAid International will be focused on making reading, learning, the school and education in general attractive to the students in order to ensure this.
PROJECT TO EMBARK ON – “ADOPT-A-SCHOOL” PROJECT
The project to be executed dubbed, “Adopt-a-School” project, as the name implies would involve SpreadAid International taking on or adopting a community school, herein, Nyitawuta D/A Primary School and bettering their conditions to a considerable degree.
This project is an upgrade of the flagship outreach scheme of SpreadAid International’s first phase, “Project 5000” where the lives of thousands of students from some schools in rural communities across the country were impacted through the organization’s provision of stationery, educational materials and basic aid to support teaching, learning and the general wellbeing of the students.
The “Adopt-a-School” project branching out, further houses two major projects, one to be realized in a space of one year and the other in the subsequent years. These two projects are:
1. “CLOTHE-ME-FOR-SCHOOL” PROJECT
Students in less privileged schools are disadvantaged in several ways including the lack of uniforms to attend school with. Most often the best they possess are old, worn-out or tattered clothes with little hope of acquiring new ones owning to the abysmally low incomes and high poverty rates bedeviling parents or guardians in such communities. This is a great disincentive for children and goes a long way to demotivate them from going to school or learning, hence threatening their bright future and impeding an expedited achievement of SDG 4.
AIM OF PROJECT
The aim of the “Clothe-Me- for-School” projectis to encourage and incentivize the young ones to be in the classroom and this will be achieved through the provision of tailored uniforms, school bags and stationery to meet that peculiar need.
It is common place for children in deprived communities to be relegated to farming activities at the expense of securing an education and the lack of uniforms is one such contributory factor to this phenomenon as aforementioned. Under the “Clothe- Me-for-School” project, great efforts will be channeled into bringing as many children as there are from the farm and into the classroom through this provision of appropriate or right uniforms to attend school with.
TIMELINE OF PROJECT
The project will be executed within the second year of the second phase of SAI, specifically, from February 2021 to November 2021.
Also, the project, within this period will serve as a preparatory ground to usher all and sundry into the next undertaking of SAI under the “Adopt-a-School” project.
BUDGET
The projected budget of the “Clothe-Me-for-School” project is pegged at fourteen thousand, four hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢ 14,400.00).
2. THE LIBRARY PROJECT – “READ-TO-LEAD” PROJECT
This is the other major project under the “Adopt-a-School” projectwhich as underscored is aimed at helping the school children inculcate the reading culture and nurture the desire to be in school.
Functional and properly furnished libraries in basic schools especially in rural areas are very rare if not completely nonexistent. SAI intends to change that narrative one school at a time, starting with the Nyitawuta D/A Primary School in order to afford the students similar opportunities enjoyed by their peers in other urbanized communities.
AIM OF PROJECT
The aim, as captured in the name of the project is to put up a functional and well-resourced library, stocked with essential books and library services to accommodate the reading needs of students. The whole idea is to make the students want to read by and for themselves and to do this, the best has to be provided to motivate them. Through this, there will be renewed hope for a future generation of well-read and educated leaders who as children had the appropriate foundation regardless of their geographical location or circumstances.
TIMELINE OF PROJECT
The “Read-to-Lead” projectwill be rolled out from February 2022 to November 2025, marking the pinnacle of the SAI’s second phase.
BUDGET
The estimated budget of the project sits at one hundred and ten thousand Ghana cedis (GH¢ 110, 000).
FUNDING OF BOTH PROJECTS
Both “Clothe-Me-for-School” project and “Read-to-Lead” project will be funded by sponsorships solicited from different sources including from members of SpreadAid International, individuals in the society, families and friends, companies, some government bodies and potential external sources. SAI will also be open to collaborations with other NGOs for the realization of this goal.
5: Has it been difficult getting sponsors on board for these great projects so far?
Actually, we are still in the preparatory stage of embarking on the first project- “Clothe-me-for-school”.
We have received some funds from individuals who would want to see to it that by their contribution, these young ones are able to smile in their new uniforms to boost them up psychologically for studies. We are grateful to each and everyone of them. We have however not yet hit even half of the projected amount of Gh 14,400 for this project. We would like to use this platform to reach out to our brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers and all well wishers out there to help us bring this project to its fruition. Each uniform costs Gh 50.00 and we have targeted 200 uniforms.
You can send your contributions through our bank account or conveniently through mtn mobile money. Details are on the flier. A single uniform can go a long way to encourage a child who hasn’t been in any until now, to get motivated to go after his/her dreams.
6: Do you have plans on partnering with other NGOs locally and internationally?
For this particular project, we have so far had feedback from abams_foundation. They would like to support with footwear for these children. We would definitely want to have more of such kind-hearted NGOs on board for us to do this together. This is going to be a major victory to all of us who would join hands to make it happen. Both locally and internationally, our arms are opened to embrace individuals and set-ups who would want to clothe a child for school and also get on board out next major project of putting up a Library facility for Nyitawuta D/A School.
Many people are in jobs where they have mixed feelings about the job being right for them or not. The question on the mind of many employees is ‘is this job right for me?’ Well, this is a rhetorical question which can be answered by you if you take notice of the following;
First, you will know you are doing the right job when you really enjoy your work and get home often fulfilled and happy. This shows that you are really happy with your work and that you are at the right place. But, if you are always not happy about the job and always complaining about the slightest thing, then you are doing the wrong job.
Second, when the work or job best fit your skills and personality, it is right for you. If your skills, passion and values match your job, then it is right for you. This is because you will do the work with less struggle and comfortably carry out your duties. Nonetheless, if your skills do not conform with what you do, you will have struggles with carrying out your duties making the job not right for you.
Also, if you see a career path in your organization or growth in yourself, then the job is right for you. If the job you are doing may help you reach your future career ambitions or helps you to improve yourself in various regards, then it is right for you but if otherwise, then it may not be right for you.
You can tell the job is right for you when you are contempt with the role you play and the salary you are given. Anytime you feel you are overworking and under paid, it means that you may be using too much of your potentials at a place which values them less. Hence, that job is not right for you. However, if you are happy with the amount of work you put in and the salary you are given, it means you are at the right place.
Your job is not right for you if your level of productivity is always lower than what is expected of you. Every employer expects some level of productivity form his or her employees, if yours is always lower than expected, it insinuates that your potentials are too low for such a job, hence, it is not right for you. Nonetheless, if your outputs are up to standards of your employer or even more, it means that you are doing the right job.
Additionally, your current job is right for you if you feel very secure at your work place. If going to work makes you happy because the environment is serene, friendly and safe, it means you are at the right place. If you have a cordial relationship with your co-workers giving you peace of mind anytime any time you are at work, then it is right for you. Otherwise, you are at the wrong place.
Furthermore, your current job is right for you when your welfare and wellbeing is important to your employers. Working at a place where your welfare is not of concern to your employers is very dangerous and is not right for you. However, if your welfare is crucial to the company then it is right for you.
You are doing the right job if your work does not seem like a burden to you but you easily carry out your duties. In carrying out your duties at work, you don’t find it burdensome but joyful, then you are doing the right job. On the other hand, if you find yourself constantly murmuring or angry at your own tasks for no reason, then you are at the wrong place. When you dread that weekends are coming to an end and you will have to go to work on Monday, it is a sign that you are not really interested in what you are doing hence, it is not right for you.
When your first response to the question ‘do you like your job?’ is a yes with some enthusiasm, then you are doing the right job. But, if you are not sure of your response, then it becomes evident that you have no or less interest in your job therefore, it is not right for you.
To conclude, it is essential to know if your current job is right for you or not in order to help you make necessary decisions. If you find out that your current job is not right for you, you need to carefully plan how to leave and how to find a right one. On the other hand, if it is right for you, stay and be happy.

I studied business in Morgan international school(high school). Completed high school with both O level and wassce certificate. Currently studying project management at Gimpa / year 2. First born of two children of my parents.
3. Being the Founder & CEO, what inspired your decision to start Naa Ayele Ankrah Foundation?
My parents have been a great inspiration towards the establishment of Naa Ayeley Ankrah Foundation. They taught me how to give and I have come to understand that impacting the lives of others is the best investment one can make.
4. What do you seek to achieve with your Initiative, Inspire Women Connect?
There’s a lot I seek to achieve with the initiative (IWC) . Women empowerment has surfaced and grown over the years but that doesn’t mean the work is done. Mainly I seek to make IWC the platform where women are able to come out of their comfort zones , share their story and develop their potentials. IWC is building women with value and promoting the #sheforshe movement. There’s nothing more beautiful than a woman confident, making waves and helping another woman up.
5. What are some of the Challenges You encountered on your Journey? Anything Sharable?
I’d say people have been one of my biggest challenges. Getting people to buy into your vision, working towards that vision to reach success together. Not everyone is capable of seeing what you see yet collaboration is necessary in the life of an entrepreneur. People make things happen therefore we all need to learn how to bring people in and work with.
6. In your line of business and from journey so far as an Entrepreneur, how would You define Failure?
Failure is when you Quit. There you have failed. Failure is bound to occur in the life of an entrepreneur and I am very happy I encountered several failures . Failure actually prepares you better only if you see it as an opportunity to come back better and stronger . I see them In the light as an opportunity to learn. As an entrepreneur one must get ready to fail. The road is never smooth. Most importantly picking yourself up, learning and moving forward is what makes you a success.

1: For the benefit of those who might know not you, Who is Mr. Moses Arthur? Moses B. Arthur is a young daring Ghanaian totally out of his comfort zone living his epic vision for Africa. As a serial entrepreneur that he is, he runs a digital marketing and branding firm called City Broadcast Ltd. A For-Profit social enterprise called Entrepreneurship Hub Africa that organizes the annual African Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summit. He believes strongly that Entrepreneurship and Innovation is the future of the continent and it can make the continent great again. Moses started his entrepreneurial journey in his sophomore year in the university when he started his first business called Parah Deliveries and Coinbase (a company that was to be centered on deliveries and a cryptocurrency called Bitcoin) but the business failed due to lack of tenacity and boldness to run and dominate the sector. Two years after with burning passion for the marketing space, he started a company called City Broadcast which he least knew would rise to become one of the most sort after digital marketing and branding firms in the country. And it has just been a journey of God’s goodness ever since.
2: Tell us more about yourself. I mean what’s Your Story? (Family, Education e.t.c) Moses studied visual arts at Anglican Senior High School In Kumasi and further had his degree at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he studied Bsc. Development Planning. He is the first born of four children to his parents.
3: As the Founder & CEO, what inspired your decision to start Entrepreneurship Hub Africa? Entrepreneurship Hub Africa was birthed out of a passion to help young entrepreneurs and business leaders to develop themselves which would reflect in the growths mentally and then in the end affect their businesses. I sort to see daring entrepreneurs under one roof learning and exchanging ideas on how to make their individual businesses scale and in the end making the African continent great again.
4: Give us a brief Overview of your Agency, City broadcast Ltd? City Broadcast Ltd is a ghanaian based consulting firm and a leading advisor on business strategy. We help Businesses to Dominate their Market Space through digital marketing. It was started in 2017 and as part of the services we render is digital marketing, branding, corporate leadership and training, business consulting and business registrations. Our office is based in Accra, Ghana.
5: What are some of the Challenges You encountered on your Journey? Anything Sharable?
1: For the Benefit of those who might not know You, Who is Mr. Evan Eghan? I’m an Actor who doubles as a Director/Producer and a Writer. I holistically, call myself a “filmtrepreneur” as in film entrepreneur and this is because I try my possible best to span wide my creative capacity as far as filmmaking is concern. I have only been in the film business for about four years now. However, my career experience spans beyond Ghana to another African countries as well as Europe. My acting projects include but not limited to the following; “Divine 419 – Hawkers’ Hustle” (2019) directed by Johannes Krug from Germany, “Stalemate” TV series (2015-2017), “If God Be For Us” (2016) all directed by Pascal Amanfo and produced by Venus Films, “No Man’s Land” (2016) also directed by Pascal Amanfo. “Hooked” (2016) directed by Chima Okoroji from Nigeria, ISIDORE (2018) directed by Nuhu Dalyop also from Nigeria, Samai (2017) directed by Eddie Nartey. On top of my screen acting reel, I have numerous credit for theatre performances as an actor. These credits also include but not limited to the following “Blood and Tears”, “The Trial of Dedan Kimathi”, “The Legend of Aku Sika”, “Fences”, “Perpetua and the Habit of Unhappiness”, and more.
2: Tell us more about Yourself. I mean what’s Your Story? (Family, Education e.t.c) I lived with my grandparents in a village around Mankessim called Ayeldu and that is where I had my primary education till I was in primary 3 when I moved to stay with my dad in Obuasi in the Ashanti Region. I moved back to the village to my grandparents from when I was in JSS1 till I completed JSS in 2007 at St. Augustine Catholic Junior Secondary School. Afterwards, I had a scholarship to study General Arts with specialty in Literature at Aburaman Senior High School in 2007 till 2011 also in the Central Region. In between this period I was living both in the Central and the Western Region with my elder brothers. In 2012, I won the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship to study Theatre Arts and Information Studies in the University of Ghana which I completed with a first class in 2016. I did my national service as teaching assistant at the School of Performing Arts assisting the teaching of courses including; Fundamentals of Radio, Film and Television Production, Research Methodology, Media and Society, and African Film and Cinema. So I moved to Accra basically for my university education but I now permanently reside here.
During the period of my national service, I again won a scholarship to do my Masters. However, I had to decline that and discover myself in the world of creative business and to solve practical problems rather than being in the academia. But we will go back to the academia pretty soon after we have gathered enough experience to share and inspire.
3: As the Founder & CEO, what was the Inspiration behind Accra Indie Filmfest (AiF)? Give us an Overview? I practically realized that, there was a gap in the film industry considering the ground for growth as filmmakers. Elsewhere, there are enough available avenues that kind of help the growing filmmaker to really understand and appreciate the process of growth or realize that whichever level that they are in as filmmakers is part of the growth. Unfortunately here in Ghana, one is practically considered as a filmmaker when he/she makes a feature film and premieres at the cinemas. So Accra Indie Filmfest (AiF) is practically created as the avenue to celebrate the growing filmmakers who are practically using short film productions as the learning ground and creating amazing films that the regular film lover does not have the opportunity to see. Again, AiF stays as the ground for healthy creative collaborations and knowledge exchange among the local and international filmmakers who have the opportunity to be part of this internationally ground-breaking short film festival.
4: What are some of the Challenges You face or still facing as an Actor? The major challenge is basically lack of opportunities. The industry does not breed a lot of filmmakers who are willing to take the bold risk of standing out as well as searching for other alternatives of storytelling or film marketing. Unfortunately, the already existing distribution channels or systems do not favor so much of the trending filmmakers. So the reality is that, some new filmmakers find it exciting and get into film producing and after one or two films, they are unable to come back to make the films. So if you are a daring actor like myself that is looking for some sort of “extraordinary” films to be starred in, then you are likely never to act. And the regular actor who is even willing to jump on anything, the opportunities are still limited. Because, literally actors are the last to be considered in the process of filmmaking, so if the initial process of production is not commissioned at all, then it does not even get to the casting stage for an actor to get the opportunity to act because almost everybody is scared to make a film for the fear of losing money.
5: What would you suggest Actors or producers/directors do to help lift or give the Movie Industry a facelift?
Severally, I had to answer this question, ” How does SpreadAid International get to fund projects budgeted at Gh 20,000.00 each year?” Let me share just four (4) with you. 1. Focus on a higher source: On a lighter note, some of my members say this, “I just dont know how it happens but once you (Julius) say it must be done, it is done” It is that simple. For every single project, my focus is not on who and who would bring what. The focus is on the giver of the vision. Sometimes, I don’t even know where it’s going to come from but I just have the strong resolve that once it’s “God’s project”, it would see the light of day. With that understanding, what I do is to present members and others the opportunity of benefiting from the blessing that comes with being a part of such project(s). 2. Create those who would believe even when you don’t believe anymore: I have realized through several years of operation and through studies that it gets to times when you even cease believing in you or your dreams- sometimes both. That is a really difficult place to find yourself but it is not out of place- realistically, it’s okay to once in a while battle with such encounters. But don’t ask for it, it could be extremely terrible! The point however is this; before you get to the place of unbelief, you should have created people or a person who can force you out of your unbelief immediately. Otherwise, it could cost you much more beyond repairs. Create those people with your vision and let them walk in it until they bear the name of that vision. Is that fund, yes! the greatest to have.

1: So tell Us, Who is Baby Adelle? Baby Adelle is a 20-year-old lady whose real name is Adelita Kabuki Ami Tettegah. I hail from Big Ada.I have just eleven (11) siblings and i’m the last daughter. I love to sing, take pictures and also crotchet.
2: What’s your Story? My story actually began right in shs 2 where I started my photoshoots. My first photoshoot began in 2015 where I was invited to be part of the models on a basketball tournament billboard photoshoot. I later had a shoot for an African wear clothing line. Later in 2016, after completing shs, One of Ghana’s finest photographers gave me lessons on how to be a great model. I took these lessons seriously and started shooting with photographers. When I started posting these shoots on social media, I got a lot of photographers calling me to work with them. Later on in 2017, at the age of 18, I auditioned for Miss Ghana 2017, where I was selected, and I represented Greater Accra region. I was the youngest finalist. It was after Miss Ghana that I got a Pinkberry commercial deal, I was also in Perk Biscuits advert and did a shoot for Darling hair. That’s my story so far 3: Woow..That’s Awesome.. I’ve seen some of your works on Social Media. What was your Mission at the Onset? My mission at the onset was to show the world that ‘’you are not too young to achieve your dreams and goals’’ And also my mission was to teach everyone not to give up. 4: Tell me, any Challenges so far? My major challenge was people discouraging me and telling me that my dreams are too big and that I’m too young to be engaging myself in all the works I was doing. 5: How has the Journey been like after Miss Ghana Pageant? It’s been a smooth and interesting journey after Miss Ghana. I must say Miss Ghana groomed me into the lady I am today and now many young girls now look up to me as their role model. 6: Do you have regrets ever signing any deals? I have no regrets so far.
